Red Ribbon Week/Violence Free Week

Each year the guidance department also organized two important awareness weeks. The first occurs in October and this is Red Ribbon Week. All our students learn about the dangers of drugs and alcohol and participate in a variety of activities all week long that help to promote a drug free lifestyle. Then in April each year we promote Violence Free week. This awareness week helps to inform our students of the pain the victims of violence face, how to prevent violence, and how to report any violence they may witness. This week also includes activities to help get the message across such as videos, skits, poster contests, etc.
